Established in 2009, Spectrum Public Relations, LLC is the brainchild of Lynn Fleeger, its founder and president. With more than 20 years of public relations experience in a diverse spectrum of industries, Lynn has represented clients in both the public and private sectors.
Years of working in an agency environment convinced Lynn that there must be a better way to serve public relations clients. Most agencies offer monthly retainers at a set number of hours for a pre-determined fee. When the client's hours are exhausted for any given month, all public relations activities were either halted or charged at an inflated hourly rate.
Small businesses are the backbone of our nation's economy, employing nearly 80 percent of the national workforce. But, at the same time, many small businesses struggle to be recognized in their communities and beyond.
Traditional public relations agencies are very often cost-prohibitive to a small or startup business, but the need for positive publicity and name recognition in a very competitive environment remains. Small or startup businesses are our speciality!
SpectrumPublic Relations, LLC is a virtual company. We are not constrained by geographic boundaries as are traditional agencies, nor do we have the administrative and overhead costs. By utilizing the internet as well as all forms of electronic networking and communications, we are able to broaden our access to media, community organizations and industry associations ~ all while maintaining frequent, in-person contact with our clients.
